I am a photographer based out of Vancouver Island. I am a person who really enjoys meeting new people and working with them to create something special. I have been blessed to be trusted with capturing memories that are important and special. I get a great amount of joy out of working with people, their families and loved ones by providing them with something that they can cherish not only now, but also in years to come.
I am available for engagements/weddings, product or event photography, as well as for fashion/business and of course family photo shoots. Baby and maternity shoots with full studio lighting and backdrops can be booked to be shot in the comfort of your own home, or location of your choice, be that in or outdoor.
Here are some random facts to give you an idea as to who I am. I am Canadian born and raised, however spent 18 years of my life in Europe, Berlin to be exact. I moved back to Victoria in 2009 because I did not want to be far from my parents and sister. I am a son, a brother, a uncle, husband and a father. I have two beautiful little girls and an amazing wife. I absolutely live for the simple things in life. I love classic cars, vintage things, collecting lp's as well as film cameras, and I can most often be found wearing Chucks with jeans. The latter being something I have done for over 30 years. I have a 1964 Vespa that I have owned since I bought it in Berlin in 1997, she is my other baby!
In my spare time I can be found more often than not with my camera in hand taking photos of the beauty that really is around us all. I find peace when I am up before the sun, my camera on a tripod, waiting to see how the sun will break through the clouds, how it will reflect off the water, or how it will light up the area I am in with it's beautiful golden light. I am always amazed at how miraculous simple things in nature are, and I pray that I will never see them any different than I do now.
